M.A.D Concepts is a collective of three modalities; Massage Therapy, Track and Field Coaching and Phlebotomy.

Massage Therapy: Advanced Myofascial techniques, including: Structural Integration, PEMF(Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) Therapy, Myofascial Unwinding & Mulligan Concepts.

Coaching: Youth to Masters Level track and road running instruction, custom training plans, basic conditioning camps and Quadrennial planning methodology.

Phlebotomy: The practice of collecting blood via venipuncture. Currently practicing within a hospital setting, with plans to incorporate into M.A.D Concepts family of systems.

Michael Donawa, the operator, is a Bermudian National. He has been residing in Eugene, Or from 2011. He has been a practitioner of massage therapy since 2008, with a lifelong history in athletics. During his athletic career, he was fortunate to have received a high level of coaching, to which he parlayed into his own coaching style. The practice of massage and the art of coaching are complimentary. This allows Michael to utilize both skills congruently. Having a balance in life, is the cornerstone of his life’s pursuits. Aside from a good cup of tea, Michael enjoys running and playing cricket.
