Michael offers several coaching options, which include a personalized training plan to evolve your current fitness level.
Coaching Fees:
$400 a month - which includes two instructional sessions per week and a training plan.
$200 a month - remote coaching, which includes a training plan and unlimited email correspondence.
Michael follows the periodization and breaks the training down into four phases:
Aerobic conditioning
Hills & strength
Anaerobic conditioning
Integration & peaking
He places more value on quality, rather than quantity. However, he does not ignore any training modality. Athletes perform endurance, strength, technical and speed exercises. He understands that results take time. Having patience and trusting in the process, is just as important as the action taken to achieve your goals. Therefore, he teaches self believe and mental astuteness from day one!
